I think EW scripts like dampeners & tracking disruptors must be allowed this year, as sensor booster mechanics changed. Banning scripts for EW modules will make tournament too primitive in my opinion.

i see no problem in permitting all alliances to the tournament. ccp could start light the event from 1/16 no problem. or make several tournaments with 8 quotes and make realy interesting tournament with quality skill teams and interesting content....
